BEV'S LEMON PIES 
4 cans condensed milk
1 tsp. lemon extract
2 c. fresh lemon juice
8 egg yolks

Mix together. Pour into graham cracker crust.

MERINGUE:

Beat 8 egg whites until stiff. Add 1 teaspoon cream of tartar and 20 tablespoons sugar, one at a time. Beat until glossy. Top pies. Brown in 350 degree oven.
