CHICKEN JUBILEE WITH FRUIT 
6 chicken breasts (boneless), cut in half
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) bottle sweet 'n sour sauce
1 c. drained, sliced peaches
1 1/2 c. drained dark sweet cherries
1 med. sliced onion
1/2 c. chili sauce

Place chicken, skin side up in baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with butter and broil until brown. Combine sauce, drained peaches and cherries, sliced onion and chili sauce; spoon over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Serves 6 to 8.
