1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. cold milk

Mix first 3 ingredients in sifter and sift into 8 or 9-inch pie plate. Beat oil and milk together with fork until creamy. Pour over flour mixture and mix thoroughly with fork. Spread out with hands.
