POTATO DISH 
In a large bowl melt 1/4 cup butter.

1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
Diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Stir and then add a 2 pound bag of frozen hash browns. Bake covered in a 9 x 13 pan for 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING (Optional):

1/4 c. butter, melted and mixed with 2 c. crushed cornflakes
