BREAD PUDDING 
1 can Eagle Brand
3 c. hot water
2 c. 1/2 inch bread cubes
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. butter (melted)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

In large mixing bowl, combine Eagle Brand and hot water. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Put dish into a shallow pan and fill with hot water to 1 inch depth. Bake at 350 degrees until sharp knife inserted into middle comes out clean, about 1 hour.
