ALMOND ROCA 
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Hershey bar

Melt butter, corn syrup and sugar. Add nuts and vanilla. Use heavy pan. Cook until the color looks like peanut butter, stirring constantly. Butter bottom of a small pan. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Pour mixture over it. Grate chocolate and sprinkle over it. Add more nuts. Cut in squares while warm. Serve after 10-15 minutes. Serves 12-16 pieces.
