1 (4 oz.) jar each apricots, carrots, applesauce
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix all ingredients and bake in greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool, frost with:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter

I double the icing and it is better.
