1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. all purpose flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 jar strained baby food (1 jar carrots, apricots, and applesauce)

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 17 x 11 inch pan, greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together and spread on cooled cake.
