DIJON CHICKEN WITH TARRAGON 
3 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, split (6 halves)

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. Stoneground mustard
1/3 c. olive oil
1 tsp. tarragon
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Clean and trim chicken. Mix all sauce ingredients except oil. Add olive oil slowly to obtain desired consistency. Marinate chicken in sauce for 1 hour. Broil chicken approximately 6 minutes per side.
