BAKED CHICKEN WITH TARRAGON 
4 chicken breasts, skinned
1 tsp. tarragon
1/4 tsp. fennel seeds, crushed (opt.)
1/8 tsp. cardamom (opt.)
Salt & fresh ground black pepper to taste

1. Place chicken breasts on foil lined baking pan. Sprinkle with seasonings. Cover loosely with foil to help retain moisture.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes, until cooked through.

Makes 4 servings.
