GINGER MINT JULEP | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. water Juice of 6 lemons 1/2 c. fresh mint leaves 1 qt. bottle ginger ale Boil sugar and water 3 minutes. Pour over lemon juice and crushed mint leaves. Let stand until cold. Add ice cold ginger ale and serve immediately with a sprig of mint in each tall glass. Serves 6. |
