Boil 1 cup sugar and 2 sticks of butter for 3 minutes.

Line cookie sheet with saltines. Pour sugar and butter over them. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with 12 ounce package of semi sweets. Spread around when melted. Sprinkle with nuts.

Refrigerate and break up when hard.
