1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 c. cocoa
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and milk and mix. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet and flatten with a spoon. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Cool and fill with cream filling.

CREAM FILLING:

1 1/2 c. butter, room temperature
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 (7 1/2 oz. jar) jars marshmallow cream
1 box confectioners sugar

Cream butter which must be at room temperature. Mix in remaining ingredients gradually.
