ALMOND ROCA 
1 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
1 lg. Hershey bar
Almonds

Grate chocolate on cookie sheet and chop almonds fine. Save half of almonds to spread on top. Boil sugar and butter to 290 degrees or hard crack stage. Layer chocolate and almonds, butter mixture and finally chocolate and almonds again. Sprinkle additional almonds on top.
