LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
1 1/2 c. liquid
1-2 c. sour cream
About 1 c. pecans
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries (red & green)
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, optional

1. Boil 1 3/4 cups water and mix with Jello.

2. Drain juice from pineapple chunks and enough water to make 1 1/2 cups.

3. Place in freezer until gooey.

4. Slice cherries in half; drain mandarin oranges; chop pecans at least in halves; leave pineapple chunks as they are.

5. Blend sour cream into gooey Jello. Blend well but don't beat.

6. Add fruits and nuts; mix again.

7. Place in lightly oiled mold and put in refrigerator until well jelled.
