CAESAR SALAD DRESSING 
2-3 cloves garlic cut in half
6-8 anchovy fillets halved
1/4 c. olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. ground pepper

Place all items in food processor. Process until anchovies are fairly well chopped. Makes about 6 servings.
