TUNA BURGERS 
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained & flaked
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine first 4 ingredients. Blend next 3 ingredients; stir into tuna mixture. Form into 4 patties. Fry in lightly oiled or Pam sprayed skillet over medium heat about 5 minutes or until browned. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce and tomatoes. Makes 4.
