SIMPLY TASTY TUNA BURGERS 
1 can tuna, flaked
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine tuna, bread crumbs, celery, and onion. Blend together mayonnaise, chili sauce, and lemon juice. Stir into first mixture until fully blended. Scoop with ice cream scooper into an oiled or buttered skillet. Squash down until 1/4 or 3/4 inch on thickness.

Brown on both sides. Makes 6 burgers. Serve with mashed potatoes, on buns, or with frozen fries.
