24 HOUR SLAW 
1 med. cabbage (shredded)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. oil
1 c. apple cider vinegar
1 green pepper
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. black pepper

Prepare and place in large bowl. Sprinkle with cup of sugar. Mix together oil, vinegar, salt, mustard, celery seed, and pepper. Boil for 3 minutes, add hot to vegetables. Cover and let stand in refrigerator 24 hours before serving. This keeps up to two weeks.
