CARAMEL LAYER BARS 
50 caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk

Put on low heat and melt.

1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. walnut or cashews
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Combine cake mix, melted butter; add milk. Put half of butter in pan and bake 6 minutes. Take out. Sprinkle chocolate chips, nuts and drizzle caramels over batter on top. Use 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 350 degrees.
