10 to 12 med. potatoes 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 (12 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese 1/2 c. skim milk 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream 5 green onions, sliced and chives 10 to 12 slices crisp bacon, crumbled Garlic salt Mrs. Dash's No Salt 1 stick butter Mash cooked potatoes with milk, butter, cream cheese and sour cream. Add garlic salt to taste (approximately 1 tablespoon) and 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash's No Salt. Add 3 slices of crumbled bacon, 2 slices green onions and chives and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Mix well. Spread potato mixture in 13 x 9 casserole dish. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon and green onions and chives. Bake at 375 degrees in conventional oven approximately 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. May heat in microwave approximately 15 minutes. Tastes great with pork roast! |
