CHEESE KRISPIES 
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese (Cracker Barrel), grated
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. flour
2 heaping c. Rice Krispies
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, optional
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter and cheese together. Add remaining ingredients. Form into balls size of hickory nut. Place on cookie sheet and flatten with fork. Bake 15 minutes, 350 degrees. Makes 100.

Can be frozen and warmed in microwave.

Good for kids to help. Let them make own shapes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
