PARMESAN ONION CANAPES 
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. milk
1 loaf sliced cocktail rye bread, lightly toasted
1 c. grated Swiss cheese

Mix first 4 ingredients. Spread on toast. Place on baking sheets. Top with grated Swiss cheese. Broil 4 inches from source of heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until golden and bubbly. Makes 36.
