HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream

Brown meat and onions in butter. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes. Stir in soup and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat thoroughly. Serve over Poppy Seed Noodles.

POPPY SEED NOODLES: Cook noodles, drain. Sprinkle poppy seeds over buttered noodles.
