SHOO-FLY PIE 
2 c. flour
1 2/3 c. brown sugar
2 rounded tsp. Crisco
1 3/4 c. table molasses
1/4 c. Brer Rabbit molasses
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. hot water

Mix flour, sugar, and Crisco until crumbly. Set aside 1 cup crumbs, add baking soda to 1/2 cup of the water. Set aside. Add molasses, eggs, and 1 1/2 cups of water to the large bowl of crumb mixture. Mix. Add water and soda. Mix and pour into two 9 inch pie shell, unbaked. Sprinkle crumbs on top and bake at 400 degrees or 25-30 minutes.
