URSULA'S QUICK AND EASY MAIN
COURSE PEA SOUP
 
1 med. carrot, finely diced
1 med. parsnip, finely diced
1 lg. potato, coarsely diced
4 European Wieners, cut in 1/2 inch slices
1 med. onion, coarsely diced
3-4 slices bacon, cut in strips
1 lg. can Habitant Pea Soup

Bring first 4 ingredients to the boil in a little lightly salted water. Simmer until the vegetables are done. Drain, reserving the water. Add the can of soup to the vegetables and adjust seasoning. Add a little of the reserved water to your choice of thickness.
