MOM'S CHRISTMAS JELLO
My Mother made this every Christmas Holiday. She is still above ground at this posting but wanted to share, so others, could enjoy it as well. I would eat only this at the dinner table, if I could get away with it. I make it now and STILL! The wife keeps me from eating all of it. From Flint Michigan.

1 lg. box red jello
1 lg. box green jello
1 sm. box lemon jello
1/2 cup hot water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup marshmallows
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 box Dream Whip (whipped) in isle of baking stuff (2 pack box)

Make red and green jello per package directions (keep them separate). Put green in fridge to set. Green will be your bottom layer. Red will eventually go on top, so set aside.

Put in double boiler or other pan on low so not to burn the lemon jello dry: lemon jello, 1/2 cup hot water, cream cheese, marshmallows, pineapple juice and the pineapple and mayonnaise. Mix till creamy and cool. Then fold in the whipped dream whip. When green jello is set pour this cooled mixture on top.

When this is all cooled in fridge pour the cooled but not set red jello on top, let set and eat! This is easier than it sounds.

Makes 1 (3 layer) dessert.
