7-UP JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. Jello
2 cups 7-up
2 lg. bananas, diced
2 cups boiling water
1 lg. can pineapple, drain and save juice

Topping:

1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup pineapple juice
1 egg slightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup coconut
1 cup Cool Whip

Mix Jello, water and 7-up. Let thicken a little in the refrigerator. Add Pineapple and bananas.

Topping: Cook until thick first five ingredients. .Let cool and then add coconut and Cool Whip. Spread over Jello. May sprinkle with nuts.

Crushed pineapple is required. You may use lemon or pineapple jello.
