CORN RELISH 
2 small jars French's mustard
40 large ears tender corn, cut off cob
8 large red bell peppers, cut fine
8 large green bell peppers, cut fine
1 qt. white vinegar
2 tbsp. celery salt
2 tbsp. salt
6 c. sugar
8 large onions, cut fine

Mix all ingredients together. Cook and stir until it boils. Cook for 20 minutes or more until tender. Put in hot jars and seal. Very good with meats and vegetables.
