REUBEN MELT 
1 (12 oz.) Armour Corned Beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 rye bread slices, toasted on one side
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
8 slices Swiss cheese

Combine beef and mayonnaise; spread on untoasted side of bread. Top with kraut and cheese. Broil 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
