BEEF MARINADE AND SAUCE 
1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. red wine (can use more)
1 tbsp. crushed garlic
1 tbsp. ginger root (fresh, chopped)
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. vegetable oil

Combine all ingredients in a bowl for marinade. Set aside about 1/3 cup of mixture for sauce. Place marinade over beef. Marinate beef from 3 hours to overnight.

SAUCE: Strain out garlic, bring mixture to a boil. Then thicken with cornstarch and water to desired consistency. use sauce as a gravy when serving beef.
