NON FAT APPLESAUCE GINGER BREAD | |
1/2 c. sugar 1 3/4 c. white or whole wheat all purpose flour 1 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. molasses 1 egg 1 c. sweetened applesauce 1 tbsp. grated orange rind 1/2 tsp. butter extract Mix dry ingredients. Mix liquid ingredients. Combine. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with non fat vanilla ice cream if desired. |
