1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. instant onion
1 1/2 c. beef stew meat

Put butter in bottom of casserole. Put batter in next and place beef stew in center. Batter will raise up around stew in baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
