INDIVIDUAL CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
Pie filling, your choice

Put 1 foil cupcake liner in muffin tin.

Mix together cream cheese, sugar and eggs. Pour over wafers in tin. Put spoonful of pie filling on top of each cupcake and bake 25 minutes, 325 degree oven. Cool. Top with whipping cream if desired.
