MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
8-10 med. potatoes, cooked and mashed
8 oz. sour cream
1 clove garlic, crushed, or several shakes of garlic powder
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. dried chives

Cook and mash potatoes. Add all other ingredients. Put into greased casserole dish. Refrigerate 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator and put directly into 350 degree oven. Bake 45 minutes.
