BEEF 'N TATER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. frozen cut beans (cut, cooked and drained)
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. mashed potatoes
1 can French fried onions
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger. Combine beef, beans, soup, water, salt and pepper. Put in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
