LO-CAL VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 pkgs. Knorr dry onion soup mix
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
6 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 c. sliced fresh zucchini
1 1/2 c. mushrooms
1 c. sliced celery
6 basil leaves
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Mix first 3 ingredients in large kettle. Bring to a boil and add rest of ingredients; simmer 20 minutes. Serves 6-8.
