LO-CAL DIET BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1 (8 oz.) plain yogurt
2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Dash bottled hot pepper sauce

In a small mixer bowl, combine yogurt, half of blue cheese, sugar, celery seed, and hot pepper sauce. Beat with rotary beater until smooth. Stir in the remaining blue cheese. Transfer to storage container. Cover and chill. Makes 1 cup (13 calories per tablespoon).
