LO-CAL VEGETABLE SOUP | |
64 oz. can low sodium V8 64 oz. water 1 head cabbage 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 onion Celery 1 bag California blend frozen vegetables 3 low sodium bouillon cubes (your choice) 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. pepper 10 oz. frozen corn Chop cabbage and celery. Combine all ingredients and let simmer for a couple of hours. Be creative; add whatever vegetables are your favorites. Calories are minimal! |
