ONE BOWL WHITE CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. apple juice
3 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and vanilla. Add juice, flour, baking powder and salt, alternating wet and dry ingredients. Pour into 9x13 inch greased pan or greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done.

VARIATIONS:

1. Substitute almond extract for vanilla and add 1 tablespoon poppy seeds to batter.

2. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Pour half of batter into pan. Sprinkle mixture over batter. Cover with remaining batter.

3. Spread 1 can of cherry pie filling on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Add 1 can tart pitted cherries (drained). Pour batter over cherries.

I made this recipe for my daughters birthday, I needed something fast and not chocolate. This recipe is certainly quick and very easy. It was OK and did the trick, not sure it will be my "go to" white cake recipe, but it worked in a pinch! Thanks for posting it!
