Juice drained from 1 lg. can crushed pineapple plus water to make 1 c. liquid
1 c. canned evaporated milk
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sharp-hooped cheese, grated
1 pkg. lemon Jello
2 tbsp. sugar

Combine sugar, Jello, juice and water. Bring to boil and stir to dissolve. Pour hot mixture over milk, crushed pineapple, cheese and mayonnaise. Cool. Chill until firm.
