CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
8 oz. egg noodles
1 chicken, boiled and deboned
Mixture of 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Layer cooked, drained noodles and chicken in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Pour soup-sour cream mixture on top. Sprinkle crackers over top. Cut up butter and place over top. Bake uncovered for about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
