CHEESE STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. med. mush
1/4 v. finely chopped green onions
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lemon

Remove stems from mushrooms, finely chop stems. Cook and stir mush, stems, green onions, garlic in butter over medium heat until tender (5 minutes). Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Fill mushroom caps with stuffing mixture. Place mushrooms, filled side up, in greased baking dish. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle tops with garlic salt, squeeze lemon over caps then top with sprinkles of Parmesan cheese.
