1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce (or to taste)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tbsp. grated onion
2 chopped green onions
1 jar Hormel Bacon Bits
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix together cheese, onion, green onions, Tabasco, 3/4 of bacon. Roll in 2 logs and wrap in plastic wrap. Place in ice box until set. Combine pecans and rest of bacon bits, roll logs in combination until covered. Wrap in plastic and store in ice box. Will keep two to three weeks.
