CHILI CHEESE LOG 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Bring cheeses to room temperature. Mix well with all other ingredients. Divide mixture into half on wax paper, form each half into a log shaped roll. Sprinkle extra paprika on waxed paper and roll outside of log in paprika. Store in plastic wrap and chill. Serve with crackers.
