CHEESE LOG 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. white wine
2/3 c. finely chopped walnuts
2 oz. blue cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Combine cream cheese and blue cheese; blend until smooth. Add wine and garlic powder. Place on sheet of waxed paper and shape into a log. Sprinkle with half of the nuts and gently press into the cheese. Roll log over and repeat with remaining nuts. Wrap in waxed paper, sealing the ends. Chill 2 hours. Cut into thin slices and serve on crackers.
