SPANISH RICE 
1 1/4 lbs. hamburger
4-5 strips bacon
1 tbsp. onion
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 oz. can mushrooms
1 tbsp. green peppers, diced
1 1/3 c. (uncooked) Minute Rice
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat, onion, green peppers in skillet. Drain, add salt, pepper, rice and tomato sauce; fill can with water and add to meat. Cook 15 minutes uncovered. Add mustard, cheese, mushrooms, cooked bacon pieces. Cook until cheese melts. Stir and serve.
