PEACHES "N" CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. flour
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cook and serve vanilla pudding
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 lg. peaches, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Topping:

2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Combine first six ingredients and beat. Spread into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Arrange peaches over batter. Beat cream cheese and sugar, spoon over peaches. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until set.

Serves warm and refrigerate left over.
