PEACHES & CREAM PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. sliced peaches (about 8)
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, flour, nutmeg and peaches. Mix in cream and vanilla. Pour into crust and top with crust. Bake at 400 degrees 40 to 45 minutes.
