PORK CHOP L'ORANGE 
8 rib pork chops (approximately 2 lbs.)
Pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 orange juice
1/2 c. diagonally sliced celery
1/4 c. coarsely chopped cashews
Dash, ground cloves
8 fresh orange slices, optional

Brown chops and pepper them. Stir in all but orange slices. Cook and cover 25 minutes. Add slices. Cook few minutes more. Excellent with rice.
